Choose Who to See: The New Mosaic View
The new mosaic view allows you to customize your screen, giving you the power to choose which participants you want to see. You can now pin up to 5 participant videos, ensuring that the most important faces are front and center. This feature is particularly useful when dealing with larger meetings, as it helps prevent your screen from becoming overcrowded.Additionally, you can easily identify participants joining the meeting via a mobile device, thanks to the blue mobile icon displayed in the participant’s name bar.
Added Features for Co-Hosts in the Participants Panel
Co-hosts now hold greater power in video conferences, with the introduction of two features previously available only to Hosts. Co-Hosts can now remove participants from the meeting (“Kick”) and set a specific user in “Spotlight,” prominently displaying their video for everyone to see.
Other Updates and Fixes
The latest update also includes translations and class handling feedback/react removal, as well as the enablement of the recording button (when the MCU is configured for server-side recording). Additionally, technical updates have been made to packages and Flutter.
