Your books, done the same day

Send us a receipt, a bill or a bank statement. Our AI bookkeeper reads it, books it in QuickBooks Online with the right VAT, attaches the document to the entry and asks you only when something is unclear. Built around Trinidad and Tobago tax rules.

From weeks behind to up to date

Most small businesses only see their numbers weeks after the month ends, because receipts sit in a folder until someone has time to type them in. With the AI bookkeeper, each document is booked as it arrives, so your figures are current every day, not once a month.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send it

Email your receipts, bills and statements to your own bookkeeping address, or send a photo on WhatsApp.

  2. 2

    It is read and booked

The AI reads the supplier, date, amounts and VAT, picks the right account and books it in QuickBooks Online with the document attached.

  3. 3

You answer only the unclear ones

If something is unusual or unclear, it asks you a short question instead of guessing.

  4. 4

    Matched to your bank

Entries are checked against your bank statement so nothing is missed or booked twice.

  5. 5

    Month-end pack

You get a plain-English summary each month: profit, cash, who owes you, what you owe and what to set aside for tax.

Built for Trinidad and Tobago tax rules

The AI bookkeeper works to Trinidad and Tobago law, not a foreign template. It knows the rates and the due dates below, and we update it when the national budget changes.

VAT, 12.5%

Separates standard-rated, zero-rated and exempt items, tracks input and output VAT for each two-month period and has the figures ready before the return is due on the 25th. Registration is required once sales pass TT$600,000 in 12 months.

Corporation tax and business levy

Estimates the quarterly instalments due 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December. Business levy is 0.6% of gross sales, payable when it is higher than corporation tax.

Green fund levy, 0.3%

Calculated on gross sales each quarter alongside your other instalments.

PAYE and health surcharge

Monthly figures ready for payment by the 15th of the following month.

National Insurance (NIS)

Employer and employee contributions recorded each month.

Already updated for Budget 2027

The 2027 budget limits carried-forward business losses to 75% of chargeable profits from 1 January 2027 and adds a TT$100 penalty for every two months a VAT return is late. The AI bookkeeper tracks both, so you see the deadline before the penalty.

Tax rates and dates are a guide based on current Trinidad and Tobago law and the 2027 budget proposals. Your accountant or auditor still signs off your annual accounts and tax returns.

What it saves you

An accounts clerk in Trinidad and Tobago typically earns TT$6,000 to TT$8,000 a month. With employer NIS, vacation and sick leave, the real cost is about TT$7,000 to TT$9,500 a month, and the books still wait when they are away.
