Overview
Blue Chip Ledger Automation is an internal-use software tool operated by Blue Chip Technologies Ltd. to help authorized Blue Chip personnel connect to QuickBooks Online and record accounting transactions, including expense and reimbursement entries, through Intuit APIs.
This tool is not offered for sale, resale, public marketplace distribution, or use by third-party customers.
License and Access
Blue Chip Technologies Ltd. grants authorized internal users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Blue Chip Ledger Automation only for Blue Chip business purposes.
Users may not:
- access the tool without authorization;
- use the tool for any company other than Blue Chip Technologies Ltd. unless separately approved;
- attempt to bypass authentication, security, logging, or duplicate-detection controls;
- copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or make the tool available to third parties;
- use the tool in a way that violates applicable law, Intuit terms, or Blue Chip internal policies.
QuickBooks Online Access
The tool connects to QuickBooks Online only after an authorized Blue Chip user completes Intuit's OAuth authorization flow. Access may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks Online, Intuit account settings, or Blue Chip internal controls.
The tool is intended to create, read, update, and attach records only as needed for approved Blue Chip accounting workflows.
Ownership
Blue Chip Ledger Automation, including its source code, configuration, workflows, and documentation, is owned by Blue Chip Technologies Ltd. or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to any user.
Availability and Changes
The tool is provided for internal operational use and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Blue Chip Technologies Ltd. may update this agreement as the tool changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Blue Chip Technologies Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the tool.
Internal users remain responsible for verifying accounting entries, supporting documentation, and compliance with Blue Chip accounting controls.
